What to prepare | 2 servings
Hot water: 150ml
Matcha: about 4g
《Recommended》1 teaspoon (about 3g) per cup

STEP | 1
Put 1 teaspoon (about 2g) of matcha in a matcha bowl.

STEP | 2
Pour 150ml of hot water into the matcha bowl.
Hot water: about 150ml

STEP | 3
Stir lightly with a bamboo whisk to spread the matcha evenly at the bottom of the bowl, then whisk quickly in a zigzag motion.

TASTING
The matcha is ready when there is a layer of fine bubbles on the top.
The matcha should have a smooth finish without any clumps.
